Q. Will I be able to watch sessions online?
A. Yes, all conference attendees will be given access to the UBTech website by the conference date. All keynotes and sessions will be available to watch on-demand (from your computer or mobile device) for one year as part of your conference registration. Also, a virtual pass may be purchased at for those who cannot make it to Orlando. Keynotes and featured sessions will be streamed live and all other sessions will be available on demand, no later than Thursday, June 13 for all Virtual Attendees.

Q. I lost my password to the UBTech website, how will I access the sessions?
Simply visit this page and request your password. You will be sent a link with a password re-set link. Once you re-set your password, you will be able to access the website.

Q. The password reset is not recognizing my user name or email address. What do I do now?
Please email and one of our staff will make sure that you are registered and have access to the website in time for the event or to watch sessions on-demand.

Q. What time does Exhibit Hall open for attendees?
A. Monday, June 10, 5:30: Grand Opening Reception.

Q. How do I get a free pass to InfoComm?
A. Attendees will receive a code on site courtesy of Sonic Foundry that will allow them to get into InfoComm at no charge.

Q. Is there a shuttle to InfoComm?
A. Yes, we will have shuttle service on Wednesday and Thursday to InfoComm. Schedule to be announced.

Q. Can I bring a guest to the reception meals?
A. Yes. There is a $25 charge for guests, (cash only)

Q. How long are the breaks between sessions?
A. 10 minutes.
